Ok, so after two weeks of being unable to get to WW meetings I went on Monday. I was only up 1.4lbs. Not that I am trying to make that ok, I am saying that I am surprised that it wasn't up more.

This week things will hopefully calm down and be able to get back to normal.

Great things are happening. If you've ever had one of those days where some one says something that complements the work that you've done, but didnt make a scene of it, it was one of those. There are those things that dont need to be made a big deal of, then there are others.
